Impact Assessment Report: Sorwathé Tea

In July and October 2017, Emerging Leaders conducted three rounds of leadership trainings at Sorwathé Tea Factory, in Rulindo District, the Northern Province of Rwanda.

One year after the trainings were carried out, in August 2018, a survey was conducted to measure the impact of the trainings and to draw important lessons for future trainings.
