The Uwezo Kwa Vijana (UKV) project, implemented by Emerging Leaders in partnership with Rising Tide Foundation, was initiated to mitigate some of the socio-economic challenges faced by vulnerable youth in Kenya's urban slums, particularly post the COVID-19 pandemic.
